You’re allowed to check the material before making payment
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Window:
You can return or exchange items within 3 days of delivery.
Conditions:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Bedding items (like duvets or sheets) must not be removed from their sealed packaging unless defective
